At Brown & Company Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, original condition items. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the original sales receipt.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
