Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we provide complimentary insured ground shipping on all domestic orders over $500. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Can I have my jewelry appraised or resized?
Absolutely. We offer professional appraisal services for insurance purposes and expert resizing for most rings. Please contact our concierge team to schedule a consultation.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing. All of our diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the Kimberley Process.
